DALLASTOWN — For Dallastown tennis player Hunter Jones, it’s not a question of if he’ll charge the net, it’s only a question of when.
Jones, who’s the No. 2 singles player for the defending York-Adams Division I champions, can rally from the baseline, if necessary, but it’s not the favorite part of his game.
“I enjoy the net game, that’s my favorite part,” he said following a 6-2 6-2 victory over Central’s Lohan Rossi on Monday. “I would rather be up there hitting volleys than staying back and hitting groundstrokes.”
