The York High boys’ basketball team will get a chance to play where the professionals play.
And they’ll get to take on an old rival.
On Wednesday Jan. 11, the Bearcats will face Steel-High at 3 p.m. in a non-league game at the Wells Fargo Center, home of the Philadelphia 76ers. York High athletic director Ronald Coursey confirmed the date on Tuesday.
The Bearcats and the Rollers were one-time rivals in the now-defunct Central Penn League.
