In golf, a round can ultimately be determined by how well a course suits a player’s style.
It’s safe to say that Briarwood Golf Club’s East Course suits Central York junior Joe Parrini’s style just fine.
After being the low man during the Panthers’ York-Adams League team championship match last Wednesday at Briarwood, Parrini continued to dominate the course on Monday in the league individual championships. A hot stretch of four straight birdies late in his round took a good round and turned it into a great one. Parrini finished with a 3-under par 69, six strokes better than the nearest competitor.
